understand that if I request Professional Vedic Astrology, Ayurveda, and Yoga Therapy Consultations from Kesari Life (hereby "organisation"), the information, guidance, and interpretations received are not meant for diagnosis or treatment and are primarily intended as tools for self-analysis, education, and lifestyle support. They are for informational purposes only. I agree that by receiving these services, I take full responsibility for any and all consequences of my actions, acted upon of my own free will, utilising the information provided within the consultation from the organisation and its practitioners. I hereby agree to fully release the organisation from any and all liability with regard to any advice obtained through these means.

The organisation in no way suggests infallibility where astrological forecasts, Ayurvedic recommendations, or yoga therapy practices are concerned, and therefore rescinds liability for any personal, business, financial, or health decisions. For medical conditions or questions of a medical nature, please consult a doctor or licensed medical professional. Financial or speculative queries should be referred to qualified financial advisors.

Privacy and Confidentiality

All information that you provide to me will be kept strictly confidential. I will not share your contact information or identity with any third party. I may use anonymous example horoscopes for teaching purposes only.

If the client consents, sessions are audio or video recorded, sent back to the client for personal download, and then deleted from the organisation's files, typically within 90 days. You acknowledge that the use of technology cannot always be completely secure and accept the risks to confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Skype, Zoom, and other technology.

Liability Waiver

You declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made. You hereby release, waive, and acquit your therapist/coach, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand, or right to compensation for damages claimed or that you may have arising out of your own acts or omissions or acts and omissions of your Therapist/Coach as a result of any advice given otherwise resulting from the therapeutic/coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement.

Moreover, in consideration of the benefits to be derived from the counselling, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, you hereby indemnify and hold harmless, release, remise and forever discharge and covenant not to sue or hold legally liable Kesari Life or the staff from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action whatsoever related to the counselling process.

You have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. You are aware that this is a waiver and release of potential liability and a contract between you and Kesari Life and the staff of Kesari Life. You voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
